Who we are

This store is operated by Miharv, Elfnovemberstraat 12, 9030 Gent, Belgium. You can reach us at contact@miharv.store. In these terms, we, us and our mean Miharv, and you means the person placing an order.

Using this site

By browsing or ordering from this store you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours can look different on different screens. The massager is a wellness device, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a hand or wrist injury, a circulatory condition, or you are recovering from surgery, please speak to a doctor before using it.

Where we sell

We accept orders from the United Kingdom, Belgium and the countries of the European Union. Delivery details are set out in our shipping policy.

Prices, currency and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling for orders in the United Kingdom, and in euros or your supported local currency for orders in the European Union. Where a price is shown in your local currency, the amount is converted from our base price and the exact total is confirmed at checkout. All prices include any taxes we are required to charge. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery timings are set out in our shipping policy and are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

Cancellation and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. In the United Kingdom this right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; in the European Union it comes from Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in your country. Our return and refund policy explains how to cancel, where to send the item, and how refunds are calculated.

Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. In the United Kingdom this is guaranteed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In the European Union you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. If goods are not as they should be, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Please do not use this site for anything unlawful or attempt to interfere with how it works.

Intellectual property

The text, images and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email contact@miharv.store and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by Belgian law, but as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you can always bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
